I think about this and realize that though my dad and I did not agree a lot he is still my father. Long ago I started to put aside the differences, and I had a talk with him and I told him that after all of the things that had past I still loved him. Regardless of the past, my father is still only human and he and I both made mistakes. The good thing is that I forgave my father and showed him it did not matter the mistakes of the past. Don't let them go with bitterness in your heart. Get it out
