@Metallica1071991 They didn't take it out of its natural habitat, it swam to the surface of its own accord because it was sick and felt death approaching. Capturing it didn't kill it, it just failed to keep it alive.

OK IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT IT DIED BUT AT LEAST WE FOUND ONE AND THEY ARE NOT RARE ANYMORE CUZ THEY ARE FOUND IN VERY DEEP PLACES THERE ARE ABOUT 100,000 OR MORE IN THE OCEAN RIGHT NOW OK PEOPLE AT LEAST WE'RE NOT TRYING TO EAT IT OK JUST STOP AND WE NEED TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT ANIMALS AND THERE HABITATS SO THAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND MORE ABOUT THE EARTH AND FINELY FIND OUT WITCH RELIGION IS REAL AND WHICH ARE COMPLETE CRAP

you people act like they took it out of the water to eat it... It was already in shallow water, when it was suppose to be in more than 1,600 feet deep in the ocean which is its natural habitat. it was weak or sick, so they wanted to help it and examine. Of course its fascinating because it's prehistoric..
