you are right! and yet the big difference is this: decades ago there was so much good music, in every style! it was coming at us from every direction, anybody who loved music was was blasted with more great tunes than the human mind could absorb at one time!! yes there is still great music , but it's like water in the desert, it can always be found.
the challenge is being able to have to sample SO MUCH crappy "music" of current
offerings, that it isn't even worth it! the past is the G O L D !
