I've just been doing some internet shopping and ordered four more packets of different sunflower seeds - I grow loads of them - in pots, window boxes, empty old tins etc etc - I love sunflowers.

they are one of my favorites too - can you tell?! Glad to hear you're able to grow some - even just a few brighten up any spot. =)

I wish I had that much space. I live in London and have to make do with a tiny scrap of land outside my flat where I grow sunflowers - gaints to tiny mini hybrids - I love them.

their after the nectar in the stem, the ones on my flowers nipped if you even tried to mess with them. I'm sure theres something you can do. i think their called honeydew ants
