Your last statement is insulting to the man who really invented what you're giving Steve Jobs credit for. Tim Berners-Lee made the world's first web-server.

A guy with amazing ideas but to say he had a heart of gold is a bit of a stretch... no one on youtube really knew what he was like. At the end of the day he was a business man.
