Not so smart Bush maybe, but smart enough to use smart people for the right job. Unlike the current OBAMA administration who hires family and friends and puts unqualified people into positions of power fucking up the country.During the Bush administration, did you not get 600$ cash back and lower taxes. As to Obama just taxes the hell out of us and spends it on running Brothels with Acorn and 2 million dollars to study the odor of pigs on stimulus money.
